
I believe that fitness training should be challenging but enjoyable. I like to keep the variety and intensity high and focus on executing the fundamentals correctly. A fitness program should be as simple as possible while still achieving the desired results, be they fat loss, muscle mass or simply an improved ability to deal with daily tasks
