
What happens in a group session?…
a 1 hour session includes:
30 minute run/walk
(depending how fit you are, we stick together the whole way)
30min weights: covering every muscle group and abs
and lower back with a stretch at the end
(have weights for all from 1kg to 15 kg)

No up front fee just pay as you come but you must book in before your session.

work out in one session. I enjoy the group classes and especially exercising
outdoors in the fresh air. I also like the flexibility of the class times which
means I can always go to a couple of sessions each week. However, I would have
to say that I really appreciate the fact that Brent sends out friendly reminder
texts to encourage us to keep going to the classes, it really makes a

My name is Diana Bateup and I am 58 years old
I have been training with
Healthier Life for three
and a half years doing personal training and group training. During that
time I have gone from hardly running 1 km to completing one marathon, three
half marathons and several 10 – 15 km fun runs.
